When ordering, we will need the following information: School Name Contact Name (coach) Billing and shipping address Phone and fax number E–mail address If you are ordering competition questions you must indicate the teams your school is playing. If you are ordering competition questions you must indicate the date of your first competition or the date of your tournament Let us know if you have custom specifications for your competition questions sets. There may be additional costs for custom work. If you are ordering questions for a tournament in which schools from outside of your regular season competitions will be competing, you must call us to discuss the parameters of the tournament. There may be additional costs for tournament questions.

		Shipping Your Order: Once we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm that it has been received. At that time we will give you an estimated ship date for your order. Shipping and handling fees will be applied to all orders that are printed and mailed. You will not be charged any fees for items that are sent to you via e–mail. See details below for shipping charges in the continental United States. You will be invoiced when your order is shipped. Please let us know if you have a Purchase Order number from your school. We do not accept credit cards. For books, study guides, and practice questions, you can expect orders to be shipped within two business days of the receipt of the order. Weeklies will be shipped each week during the school year for 32 weeks. Competition questions will be shipped by the requested ship date on your order form unless otherwise indicated by our staff. Shipping charges: Books and CD’s must be shipped via regular mail and will be assessed a $5 shipping charge for one or two items or a $10 shipping charge for three or more items. All competition questions will be shipped via e–mail unless otherwise indicated. Every competition question set that is printed and mailed will incur a $5 per set shipping and handling charge. You will not be charged for question sets that are shipped via e–mail. All practice materials besides books and CDs will be shipped via e–mail free of charge.
